Last August, we brought you the story about Hertz purchasing 100 Z06 Corvettes all decked out in what would become the Hertz Commemorative trim level. Purchased to celebrate the company’s 100th Anniversary, the cars were all Z06 Corvettes and featured Corvette’s yellow tint-coat paint adorned with black stripes.

The cars were all ordered teeming with options and each Hertz Z06 wears its own personal Hertz Centennial commemorative plaque. They also all feature 8-speed autos and the yellow and black theme carries out both inside and out with yellow brake calipers and black leather featuring yellow stitching in the cabin. The interior also features a 10-speaker Bose audio system, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility for those tech-savvy new owners.

The cars have been available for rent through select Hertz branches and now, you can have one for your very own, once Hertz releases them to the public through their Hertz Car Sales division.

No specific date has been released as to when these cars will be available to own, but interested individuals are encouraged to keep an eye on the Hertz Car Sales website to find out when one of the nearby 100 Hertz Commemorative Z06 Corvettes comes up for sale. We think it would be a great way to get into a Z06.
