DeatschWerks Unveils Over 120 Fuel System Fittings And Lines

For a long time now, DeatschWerks has offered everything from fuel pumps to injectors and virtually everything in-between, but today we can now drop the “virtually” from that statement. DeatschWerks has officially launched their new line of fuel system plumbing components which encompasses over 120 part numbers.

“DeatschWerks has always been known as a fuel component company. We have injectors, fuel pumps, regulators, filters and rails. Now, with the introduction of fuel lines and fittings, we have the ability to be a one-stop shop of fueling products from tank to injector,” said Mark Hutchison, a marketing manager at DeatschWerks.

This means that DeatschWerks can put together an entire fuel system for you from start to finish. Whether that’s for something making 300 horsepower or a monster making up to 2,000, they’ve got you covered with just about every AN fitting you can think of ranging in size from -6 to -10. This includes quick connect EFI fittings, Y-blocks, hose barbs, banjo fittings, bulkhead connectors, and more. They also released new hose options in PTFE and CPE in braided nylon or stainless steel as well.

Each fitting is built to exacting JIC and SAE standards and are built using heat-treated 6061 T-6 aluminum with an anodized titanium finish. The build quality ensures they will last for years to come and are virtually impervious to corrosion, meeting the needs of even the most demanding system.

Hutchison tells us that they will also continue to develop fitting into the future to help provide easy solutions to common fuel system problems. “In the next year, we will continue to release additional fittings, like quick connects for OEM hardliners and fuel rails. The end goal would be to have drop-in fuel systems for vehicles where everything would be precut and you could just selector your injector and pump and everything would drop right in,” he said.

So, if you’re in the market for a new fuel system for your next build, hit up the guys over at DeatschWerks. They’ve got you covered.
