DeatschWerks Expands Its Fitting Lineup And Adds New Tools

If you need to build a custom fuel system for your project, look no further than DeatschWerks (DW). They are expanding their current line of fittings with 60 new part numbers and want to give their customers everything you need, nothing you don’t” for plumbing an entire fuel system.

DW’ new adapters, fittings, and tools make it easier than ever to put fueling components into your OE fuel system. DW is increasing its total fitting category from 161 pieces to 221, giving you more flexibility with your project. They now offer new adapters that are available in 6, 8, and AN10 sizes to cover 200 – 2,000 horsepower fuel systems.

These new parts include:

  • 9 – AN to AN Couplers including new angles of 30°, 60°, and 120°
  • 20 – Hose End Fittings including new angles of 30°, 60°, and 120°
  • 14 – P-Clamps, Billet Hose Separators, and Worm Drive Clamps
  • 3 – Check Valves in -6, -8, and -10

All DeatschWerks plumbing fittings are constructed out of heat-treated 6061 T-6 aluminum. These fittings are extremely durable and anti-corrosive while remaining extremely light. DeatschWerks products are made to be in the most extreme fueling conditions. With A titanium coating, the fittings are difficult to scratch and offer a 3-year warranty backs all DW plumbing components.

If you thought that DeatschWerks didn’t have anything in the tool department, think again. DW recently released high-grade AN wrenches that are CNC machined, heat-treated, hard-anodized orange aluminum. These super high-grade wrenches have been specially made to work with the DeatschWerks’ growing line fittings. The AN wrenches have chamfered edges to give you a super comfortable firm grip and are the perfect wrenches to have on you at the track or home. They can easily adjust from -4 to-16.

Aluminum vice jaws are also now available to purchase for assembling AN hoses and fittings. The DW aluminum vice jaws are the best way to prevent the titanium coating from being scratched while securely holding them as you building fuel system components.
