Chevrolet just released the pricing for the all-new 2020 C8 Corvette on its website. Enthusiasts can now go and see exactly what each option and upgrade will add to the bottom line of their Corvette. They can also download the price guide in PDF form.
As reported, the 1LT package does come in under $60,000, so long as you don’t purchase your favorite burger and fries on the way home from the dealership. Starting out at $59,995, the 1LT is designed “for driving purists who want the lightest Stingray possible, but one that’s still very well equipped.”
The 1LT package features a Bose premium 10-speaker system capable to handle any tunes while you ride in those standard, 8-way power GT1 seats. All-season performance tires mean Mother Nature won’t rain on your parade, should you wish to brave the elements in your C8.
Stepping up one tier, the 2LT package brings a number of comfort and convenience features in addition to color-matched interior options. The 2LT option includes everything you’ll find in the 1LT, plus additional interior color options. Enthusiasts may enjoy a Bose Performance Series 14-Speaker Audio System, Heated/vented seats and heated steering wheel. Also available are those gorgeous GT2 seats that have been wrapped in Napa leather. Of course, to go with the sportier seats, true drivers will enjoy Corvette’s Head-Up Display and Performance Driving Recorder. All this will set you back $67,295.
The 3LT option brings in both the best of performance and luxury. For $71,945, you’ll get everything in the 2LT package, plus the utmost in luxury performance, with up to 13 interior color options for that leather-wrapped interior. There is also a custom, leather-wrapped instrument panel and door, and suede microfiber covers the upper interior trim. The 3LT still offers the Gt2 seats in Napa leather.
The shockwaves of having a mid-engine supercar available for under 60k have settled down a bit, unless you may be living in one of those “other guys” who also offer mid-engine supercars. Then this might just seem a bit like an after-shock. Either way, it’s a great time to be into Corvettes!
