Today marks the middle of both the work week and the calendar week, and we figured it was time for another episode of Wrecked Vette Wednesday (WVW). Thanks to Insurance Auto Auctions (IAA), we are looking at a 2010 Chevrolet Corvette, painted black with black wheels, and while it’s a little hard to tell from the pics, a black interior. This would have been quite a mean looking Vette before the incident.
The driver-side of the vehicle appears to have not suffered much damage as well as the front. Unfortunately, the passenger-side looks to be far beyond repair and this side of the windshield was even pushed down. It looks like the roof panel has been set across the windshield after being unloaded in the lot, which probably came lose during impact. Definitely not a great site, but the motor is still intact, so maybe that’s a good sign?
The signage is new to the WVW cars, especially the orange one. We are just going to have to speculate on what could cause a “biohazard” inside of a vehicle that has been involved in a serious crash as this example has. We certainly hope that there weren’t any injuries severe enough to the passengers to cause this, and hopefully they just had an “accident”of their own in the seat during the crash. In all seriousness, this crash was probably quite violent and everyone at Corvette Online hopes that all those involved survived and are currently in good health.
