While it may be difficult to believe that anyone featured on the MTV “reality” show Teen Mom 2 could act in an irresponsible way in their daily life, the fansite Reality Tea is reporting that “star” Adam Lind crashed one of the two Corvettes he bought with that sweet, sweet TV money last year. While Lind reportedly received a concussion, the elderly couple in the Lincoln Town Car he hit suffered broken bones and were transported to a local hospital.

Per the report, a bystander pulled Lind from the wrecked ‘Vette before it became engulfed in flames, thus thwarting natural selection. 23-year-old Lind has at least three previous DUI convictions, and is being charged with reckless driving, driving with a revoked license, driving with a suspended license, driving an unlicensed vehicle, and not having insurance, but police say that he wasn’t under the influence of anything at the time of the crash. Which frankly is astonishing, considering his lengthy rap sheet, which includes more than 50 convictions since he turned 18 in 2007.

Fortunately, neither of his two children were in the car with him at the time of the crash, but friends have reported that he frequently violates court orders prohibiting him from driving them around. Compounding this guy’s winning streak is the fact that when he bought the cars last year, he practically bragged about not insuring them, though we wonder if it would even be possible for him to find a company that would write a policy, considering his record and license status.

With any luck, this will be the final straw that enables the court system to lock up this guy before he hurts anyone else – especially the two kids unfortunate enough to share his genes.
