The Jeff Gordon Children’s Foundation [1] is holding a raffle that could very well land you in the driver’s seat of Gordon’s personal 2012 4LT Grand Sport Corvette Convertible. In this video from YouTube [2], Gordon tells us a little bit about the life saving, and life changing work of the foundation, where all proceeds from the raffle will be put to good use. According to the raffle website, [3] tickets are $100 each, and there will only be 7,500 tickets sold, making the odds pretty good. The raffle will end on September 24th, 2012, or when all 7,500 tickets are sold, which ever happens first.
Not only does the Jeff Gordon Children’s Foundation look to support kids who are fighting cancer with programs and research to improve survival rates, but the foundation also provides support to the Jeff Gordon Children’s Hospital [4] in Concord, North Carolina. The Jeff Gordon Children’s hospital is dedicated to providing the highest possible level of care to kids battling cancer, regardless of their ability to pay.
