Oh the incomprehensible amount of fun we could have with this thing. We found this 2008 Corvette Z06 on eBay with just 34,000 miles. Of course, you’ll instantly notice that it’s not exactly a “complete” car, but it does come with a complete all-aluminum, 7.0L, 427ci 505 horsepower LS7 – the most powerful naturally aspirated engine ever produced by General Motors.

Looks like a barrel-o-fun exactly how it sits, don’t you think?

The car is located at the Cleveland Pick-A-Part, and they say that the Z06 does actually run and drive perfectly fine in its current state. Given that it comes with most of the interior, and the brakes, suspension, and drivetrain are all in perfect condition, this is a great way to help you kick off some project car madness.

Here are just a few ideas we came up with for this Z06…

• Throw on some off-road tires, crank up the transverse leaf springs as high as they will go and have some open-air dune buggy fun!

• Get the safety gear in order to pass your local inspection and run this thing straight up Ariel Atom style! We would suggest starting with a windshield.

• Bust out the oxy torch and start prepping the make and model of your choice to become an LS7 powered sleeper.

• This car would be the ultimate starting point for a Factory Five GTM Supercar. Enough said….
