Very first 2009 ZR-1 Corvette, Going! Going! Gone!

What is the very first sold production version of the brand new iconic 620 hp corner carving sports car from Chevrolet worth?

Apparently, a bunch.

That’s not all you get for your big bucks. The lucky winner also go to learn to drive it at a three day driving experience at Bondurant School of High Performance Driving, with Ron Fellows of Corvette Racing fame serving as a special instructor? But wait, there is more, get tickets to the Tonight Show, and a personal tour of Jay Leno’s “Big Dog” garage!

And.. what if that ZR-1 Corvette is special delivered at the National Corvette Museum, in Bowling Green, KY, how much is that package worth? That is exactly what was determined at the Scottsdale, AZ Barrett-Jackson auction. So what was the result, a cool even $1,000,000 to the highest bidder, with the proceeds going to the United Way.
