[1]Here, we have another prime example of a widebody C7. We already featured Kelly Fromm’s widebody C7 [2], so you know how we feel about the TS Designs [3] kit. Depending on the application, the kits look amazing.
[4]Via CorvetteForum [5] member, YouKnowWho711 [6], we are graced with this widebody C7 convertible that looks like it should be driven by one or all of Superman’s arch-enemies. It is quite a lot of green, but we like it. Maybe if the accents on the Forgiato wheels and brakes were a different color, it would be less blinding to look at, but still a very unique color.
YouKnowWho711 states on his forum post, “I know it’s not for everyone and there will be some people that think it’s too ghetto, but for the rest of us, hope you enjoy it,” and we’re glad that he said so. We see too many comments on cars like this that have to do with race and stereotyping – one person’s taste is often disliked by another because of preference, we get it. In the name of self-expression, we really like the way this C7 turned out.
[7]The car also has a carbon fiber front splitter, which looks really good, especially in the sunlight. As far as engine modifications go, we didn’t read about any, but we’re sure they’re coming. We did read that the interior is getting a little love too, but we’re hoping it’s just the accent stitching. Antifreeze-colored leather would be far too much for the already-blinding Antifreeze pearl paint. If you don’t like the car, please keep the hate comments to yourself.
