Ron Fellows Named "Official Performance Driving School of The NCM"

Recently, Ron Fellows Performance Driving School at Spring Mountain was named the “Official Performance Driving School of the National Corvette Museum” as well as the “Official Partner of the NCM Motorsports Park” which was brought to our attention by CorvetteBlogger. The announcement was given during the National Corvette Museum’s 20th Anniversary Celebration in front of thousands of attendees.

Ron Fellows said, “We are pleased to come to a multi-year agreement with the national Corvette Museum and its new Motorsports Park.” The new park is an impressive destination, located in Pahrump, Nevada with a beautiful desert backdrop, challenging track layouts, and awesome facilities. The Ron Fellows Performance Driving school offers a number of different vehicles for training and has produced almost 30,000 graduates since it opened in 2008.

“Joining forces with Ron Fellows and Spring Mountain furthers our mission to offer a safe and challenging environment where drivers of all ages, interests, and skill levels can become more proficient behind the wheel,” said Mitch Wright, the NCM Motorsports Park General Manager. Putting two people as passionate about Corvettes and motorsports together as these two are, is sure to yield an amazing result that any Corvette enthusiast would be happy to experience.

The new track will feature both an “east” and “west” across the 3.15-mile course. Corvette Racing and Pratt and Miller were both consulted regarding the layout, suggesting the Le Mans Circuit features which have proven to be the most challenging for the two teams.
