We stopped by Meziere Enterprises [1] booth at the 2010 PRI trade show to see what the Escondido, California based company had in store for the new racing season. Meziere enjoys a great reputation as an automotive cooling stalwart with their water pumps and specialty plumbing components.

We talked with Don Meziere who was excited to show us the new transmission fluid overflow tank (Part #WTO100). According to Meziere, “This overflow tank is designed for Top Sportsman, Top Dragster or any safety conscious racer who needs to contain hot transmission exhaust fluid, and this tank is designed with form, fit and function in mind.”
[3]Meziere told us that the overflow tank weighs in at a bantam weight of 1.2 pounds, and comes complete with all connections, vent, mounting bracket and hoses needed to complete the installation. The unit has a great looking finish with a brushed and black anodized body and clear anodized end caps or chrome finish for the guys that like the shiny finishes.
Meziere has cleverly designed the overflow tank to fit on the front or either driver or passenger’s transmission pan side rail of the Powerglide transmission. Meziere also told us, “You can mount the overflow tank practically anywhere by using a three inch bottle clamp.”
[4]While we were at the booth, Meziere showed us their new street use water pump for the 2010/11 Camaro and Corvettes (Part #WP329). With finish again being one of the items that Meziere Enterprises is known for, this billet aluminum water pump has show car good looks and still kicks the water system into high gear with a 55 gallons per minute performance rating. According to Meziere, “Gains of over 11 horsepower and superior low speed cooling are backed by our standard 2 year, unlimited mileage warranty.”
