PRI 2010: Aeromotive’s 340 Stealth Fuel Pump

The greatest thing about attending the end of the year trade shows is that you get to see the latest and greatest products before they hit the market. We found another jewel at the Aeromotive booth that won’t start shipping until January of 2011. Aeromotive has been wildly successful with the A1000 and A2000 series of pumps, and with the 340 Stealth, they appear to be poised to achieve even greater acclaim with the drop in replacement, high performance, in tank pump.

The 340 Stealth is a high output, in tank electric pump that fits most of the popular late model EFI applications. Lightweight and compact, the unit bolts directly in to most exiting hanger assemblies. We talked with Jesse Powell, Director of Marketing at Aeromotive, and he explained, “The Stealth 340 has superior flow throughout a wide pressure range. The 340 has over 30% more flow than stock pumps and is perfect for applications that demand more flow while keeping the existing stock wiring.”

We see the Stealth filling the need for increased flow when power adders or engine modification are made that leave the engine demanding more fuel flow.
