NCRS Top Flight ’57 Corvette to be Auctioned Off at Mecum

Every Corvette enthusiast has a generation that is their favorite. If yours is the first generation, the Daytime Auction in August is set to have something you may be interested in. The car is a ’57 C1 California Corvette. Not only is this a pretty specimen, it also has plenty of performance goodies to entice even the most unlikely buyer.

The Corvette was recently restored to NCRS Top Flight specifications, and has correct date codes and numbers. The Corvette is powered by a numbers-matching 469C, 283 CI four-barrel engine. Stock, this engine pushes 270 horsepower. The engine is matched with the original factory T-10 four-speed transmission with NOS gears. The engine is matched with an X-code factory-dated rear end with 4.56 gears. At no extra cost, the buyer of this car will get a 3.36 open rear end.

The Corvette is painted in Artic Blue with white accents. It comes with a Beige interior that matches the convertible top. Because this car underwent a full frame-off restoration in April, there have been zero miles put on it since it was finished. Originally sold in San Diego, this Corvette has a complete owner history and an early 60’s registration that comes with it.

If this Corvette sounds like something you’d like to see in your garage, you can bid on it at the Daytime Auction in Monterey, California. It is set to cross the auction block at 1:35p.m. on Saturday August 20th. We wish all bidders luck on owning this Corvette gem.
