NCM Holding Dollar Days for Kentucky Residents All December Long

There is some truth in the saying that you never really experience your home town until you show some guests around. Whether it’s because of work, school or just life in general, sometimes we just don’t get to the local attractions as much as we’d like. But this month, the National Corvette Museum is giving Kentucky residents an offer that will be hard to resist. For the full month of December, Kentucky residents can tour the Corvette museum for just $1 per person. Now if that’s not the kick in the butt you needed to get down to the NCM, then what is?

The NCM features over 70 Corvettes at any given time, from first-year 1953 roadsters to one-of-a-kind prototypes. The museum even houses the only known 1983 Corvette in existence. Needless to say, if you love Corvettes, or even just cars in general, the NCM is definitely a place to check out.

This month, the NCM is making it easier than ever to check out their wide variety of Corvettes on display, experience new hands-on activities in the recently opened KidZone and even go for a drive in the Driving Simulators with Dollar Days.

All you have to do to take advantage of this offer is show your Kentucky driver’s license or other proof of residency. Children will be admitted at the $1/per person price with adults presenting proof of Kentucky residence.

In addition to all the normal displays and activities, those visiting the museum this month will also get to experience a special display of cars owned by country music stars. This display includes George Strait’s ‘58 Corvette, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s ‘60 Corvette, Roy Orbison’s ‘67 Corvette, Dolly Parton’s ‘68 Camaro, Brad Paisley’s ‘99 Corvette and many more.

There’s no other place like the NCM and with this month’s Dollar Days, Kentucky residents can see one of their local attractions for cheap. Nothing like a good ‘ole holiday day trip filled with Corvette fun!
