“My Classic Car” To Feature Two Classic Corvettes

Classic Corvettes are almost always drool worthy, but when My Classic Car comes out to film an episode about a C3 and a C2, you know it is going to be good. Corvette Blogger found out about the upcoming classic Corvette episode with host Dennis Gage and decided to treat ‘Vette enthusiasts to a preview of show. Gage heads out to McKinney, Texas to check out a couple sweet cars.  From Corvette Blogger’s estimation the silver C2 appears to be a “restomod,” or a classic with modernized touches for those unfamiliar with the terminology.

One of the great features of My Classic Car is that Gage discusses the build, the history and all of the accompanying goodies, but he also takes the car(s) out for a drive as well. For those missed the initial airing of the classic Corvette episode at 10pm (eastern time) on Sunday, this episode is scheduled to rerun on May 16th at 4am, May 17th at 3pm and May 22nd at 10:30am (eastern time) on the SPEED. Channel.  Viewers will have to wait and see what the details are, but with the reported/rumored LS1 swap into the silver C2 it nearly impossible to resist the allure.
