MSD Ignition Employee Appreciation Day Starts off the Summer

MSD Ignition started off the summer by hosting its 7th annual Employee Appreciation Show and Picnic on May 6th. Over 80 custom cars were entered into the show and at the end of the day, three families took home car show placement wins. MSD Ignition [3] recently posted a thank you note on their webpage for all the people who came out and participated in the event.

The show offered cars that could appeal to anyone. Cars from a well-worn VW Thing to new Corvettes and custom classic trucks made appearances at the event. The first place winner of the show was a ’68 GTO convertible owned by Ernest Legarda. Second place went to a ’64 Ford Galaxie 500 Z-Code owned by Robert Campbell, while third place went to a ’55 Chevy Four-door Wagon owned by Jason Berlin. Based on all the pictures of the event, the judges of the show definitely had their work cut out for them to decide which cars placed and which ones didn‘t.

While the car show was the biggest part of the Appreciation day, MSD also provided food and games that all the families who attended could enjoy. If you’ve never been to Employee Appreciation Show and Picnic, show winner Ernest Legarda recommends attending the next one.

Our congratulations goes out to the winners of the show. Thanks to MSD Ignition for bringing us the information about the event and some pictures [2] of the cars and participants.
