Back in June, we teased about them but the Mickey Thompson Street Comp ultra-high performance tires are now officially being introduced to the market. In a press release we just received, M/T is making its official introduction of the Street Comp tire, perfect for use on your favorite late-model American muscle car, into the high performance street market. These bad boys won’t be available to purchase until September but we’re stoked to have a set of our own to test out soon.

The Street Comp UHP tires bring M/T’s legendary race tire technology to the street. Built with a unique asymmetric tread design for optimal performance in both wet and dry conditions, the Street Comp tires feature a 300 AA A treadwear rating, lightweight design and tier 1 performance for a tier 2 price.
