The National Corvette Museum is home to over 70 Corvettes, from the very first one to ever roll off the assembly line in 1953 to a number of prototypes, the only 1983 Corvette in existence, and other historic Corvettes that aren’t typically accessible to the general public. 

And for the entire month of December, if you live in Kentucky and can provide a valid Kentucky driver’s license or other proof of residency, you have the opportunity to experience the Museum for one skinny dollar by just showing your ID. Kids get in for a buck also, just by walking in the front door with an adult Kentucky resident.

The “Dollar Days” promotion is a way for the museum to give back to Kentucky’s residents as a thanks for their support, in addition to providing an opportunity to see how the Corvette factory gives back to the state. The Corvette is also Kentucky’s official state Sports Car – a title well-deserved by a machine that has captured the hearts and minds of performance-minded enthusiasts the world over.

Visitors will have an opportunity to experience the new 2014 Corvette Stingray up-close-and-personal, along with a chance to check out a number of hands-on activities in the Museum’s KidZone.

Each visit to the museum is different because exhibits are ever changing. We look forward to showing our Kentucky friends not only a wide variety of beautiful Corvettes, but also some amazing motorcycles, another part of America’s history.”
