Hertz Adds C7 Corvette to Rental Lineup

Owning a C7 Corvette is a privilege limited to a select few that can foot the $53,000 bill for a Vette that only houses standard equipment. Luckily for those who don’t have 50 grand laying around, Hertz recently announced that they would be adding the C7 to their Adrenaline Collection of rental vehicles. The C7 will provide a nice top-notch piece to accompany the Mustang GT, Challenger R/T, and Camaro SS in the fleet.

We know how the treatment of rentals usually goes and we can only imagine (but don’t condone) the reckless times that will happen in a C7 Corvette while rented out. These cars have YouTube sensation written all over them.

According to Autoweek, the Stingray Hertz Edition will come in only two colors: Velocity Yellow and Blade Silver. The 460 hp coupe will be rolling out of the rental lot for no less than $250 per day. That sounds like a killer deal for somebody looking to spice up their weekend with a little bit of horsepower.

While the news could be exciting to potential Corvette-renting candidates, you’ll only be able to get behind the wheel of a borrowed C7 in Miami, Orlando, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, Houston, Phoenix, and San Diego as of now. Perhaps they will expand to more locations but as of now that’s all she wrote. What other car would you like to see Hertz add to their Adrenaline collection? Will you be renting a C7 from Hertz?
