Edelbrock: Name A Supercharger, Win A Free Edelbrock Jacket

e-jacketMost of the time, in order to get something for free, you have to give something, like pay out some hard-earned cash, or buy one to get one. But Edelbrock Performance has a new, simple contest going right now that will cost you nothing but a few seconds of your time.

The new E-Force Classic Supercharger from Edelbrock is in dire need of a catchy name, and Edelbrock is asking their Facebook fans for support. The new E-Force supercharger is designed to wake up that SBC and bring in some real ponies. On their test engine, as seen in the video below, they were able to spin up 753 horsepower on a small block Chevy.

e-force-scWhat Edelbrock is looking for is a name for the supercharger that will be both catchy and roll-off-the-tongue cool. Some examples, from other Edelbrock products, include: Slingshot, Performer, Torker II, Thunder Series, E-Street, to name a few.

So get those juices flowing and see if you can come up with a catchy name for the new E-Force Classic Supercharger. Edelbrock says, “We want you (our AMAZING Facebook Friends) to name the newest Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger. We will pick the best submission, and that person will win a limited edition 75th anniversary Edelbrock mechanics jacket.”

Now you’re asking yourself, “So how do I win this limited edition, 75th Anniversary mechanics jacket,” right? Well, you need to get yourself over to Edelbrock’s Facebook page, and you need to post your entry in the section below the Facebook post. Yes, it’s just that simple!

Of course, you can always head on over to Edelbrock Performance web site and get all kinds of products for your classic or modern musclecar, but in order to get this jacket, you need to come up with a good name.
