Eaton [2] has been in the field of automotive performance since the early 1900s, developing some of the best in the business across multiple automotive aspects. Today, their name can be found equipped on many OE and aftermarket products.

z06carbon [3]For example, owners and enthusiasts of the Corvette ZR1 and Camaro ZL1 can base much of what makes their rides badass on Eaton’s Roots-type, four-lobe TVS–Twin Vortices Series–superchargers that lie underneath the hood. What’s more, companies like Magnuson [4] and Edelbrock [5] have found great success using Eaton’s technology for their own aftermarket products.

Yet what defines the company more than anything else is its history in axles and differentials. Dating back to its beginnings in the 1910s, Eaton directed major efforts at producing axles for trucks, which were emerging as useful vehicles for shipping and distribution.

Suffice it to say, these guys know more about drivetrain components than you may think. That’s why you should take advantage of their new rebate.

EATON-ELocker-2pnionCMYK [6]From now until December 31st, buyers of select differentials can save up to 10% with the rebate form [7]. Here’s how it works: make a qualifying purchase, check a few boxes, and mail the form to the provided address. Eaton requires that you include a copy of the original sales receipt, as well as the original UPC from the box the product came in.

The company also requires that you postmark the claim on or before 30 days from the date of purchase, and make sure that everything’s legible. And before you know it, you’ll have that awesome TrueTrac [8] for your Camaro to perform better on the corners, or the innovative ELocker [9] for your four-wheel-drive pickup or SUV to provide traction, no matter the terrain.

All that and some cash back in your wallet. What’s not to like?
