Video: American Musclecars Alive And Well At Cars & Coffee In Paris

paris01 [1]For most enthusiasts across the country, the Cars & Coffee meets have been something that typically leaves us in awe of the magnificent and incredible cars that attend. For many of us here in the United States, seeing some of the exotic entries makes us drool, and the rare or limited build cars like the Hennessey Venom, or even a HEMI ‘Cuda convertible are a rare but welcomed treat.

We sometimes take for granted all the musclecars we see at these meets, mostly because we can find cars like these at almost any car show almost every month of the year. Attend enough car shows or cruises and you’ve probably seen some of the same cars more than a few times. They aren’t any less cool, they’ve just made the rounds and we’ve all seen them.

While some of the purist musclecar gearheads might scoff at the foreign car entries at these meets, it’s interesting to see that our beloved musclecars are the foreign cars at a Cars & Coffee meet in another country. In the video above [5] from YouTube user Worldsupercars [6], however, we see that the American musclecar is not just a foreign car in Paris, but it’s a popular car there as well.

You just gotta love the paparazzi standing around at the exit taking pics of the Mustangs, Vipers, and Camaros that attend their Cars & Coffee. Sure, we take these cars for granted, but even though we can see one on the other side of the parking lot quite often, these cars are on the other side of the globe.

We think it’s pretty cool that we have something they truly enjoy [9] in other countries: an American-made musclecar. Where have you been overseas where Cars & Coffee meets have musclecars like these?
