SEMA 2011: New FAST LS 102mm Plate System From Nitrous Express

FAST’s intakes and electronic fuel injections systems such as the LSXR 102 have become increasingly popular for GM’s LS family of engines for street and racing applications, and thanks to a new 102mm Plate System from Nitrous Express [1] designed specifically for the FAST 102 intakes, pouring the juice to your LSXR-equipped powerplant is better than ever.

LS 102mm Plate System:

• ProPower Lightning series solenoids
• 10lb bottle with Lightning 45lb bottle
• 6AN feedline
• Brained stainless solenoid-to-plate lines
• Stainless bottle brackets
• WOT switch
• Master arming switch
• Complete mounting accessories

NX’s new LS 102mm Plate System sports a billet plate that bolts between the throttle body and intake, making installation quick, easy, and attractive for all FAST 102mm intakes. Out of the box, the new Plate System is a single stage nitrous system and is pre-drilled with nitrous and fuel passages for a second stage should you opt to do so.

Jetting with the kit includes a 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, and 400 horsepower. With the second stage operational, a cool 800 horsepower is on tap. The supplied with 6AN feedline will handle the 800 horses from a two stage nitrous system.

The LS 102mm Plate system includes the latest technology and components that Nitrous Express has to offer, with NX Lightning solenoids that boast an improved flow path to keep the nitrous in dense liquid form to create more power while using less nitrous oxide. These Lightning solenoids sport an integrated purge port for easily connecting a purge valve to the body of the nitrous solenoid for a cleaner look and less plumbing.

An identical (other than the throttle bore size) 90mm plate system for stock LS intake manifolds will also be released in about two weeks.
