Autometer’s Director of Social Media, Joseph Mills explained, “We’ve always gotten special requests and while we’ve always worked with our customers to provide them exactly what they want, but there were limitations in what we could do and the process wasn’t as easy as it should have been. We knew that we could do it better so we came up with a program that allows customers to design their own gauges.”

According to Mills, “There are over 14 trillion combinations of Auto Meter gauges in the ampcustomshop.com [2] program, and that number is continuing to grow.” The online design program allows users to design their own style gauges and see the results before placing an order. They can also see the pricing at each step and with each option,” Mills stated.
[3]“We are pretty proud of this program. It took 17 people working 7 days a week since may to perfect it,” added Mills.
Truth is, with 14 trillion combinations, you are only limited by your imagination. Auto Meter even has an instrument gallery that can provide inspiration for those customers that run into an artistic roadblock.
