PRI 2011: King Engine Bearings Upcoming Tech Seminars And 50th Promo

One of the many benefits of attending the Performance Racing Industry tradeshow is being able to attend various seminars that feature industry experts willing to share their knowledge on their one particular field. One of the seminars that was a huge success was the technical seminar by King Engine Bearings [2] new Performance and Technical Manager Ron Sledge.

“We filled up the room with more than 100 people, and actually had to start turning people away because there was just no more room,” Said Director of Sales and Marketing Limor DePetro.

Ron Sledge has been in the racing industry for over 30+ years and shared his knowledge engine bearings and race engine technology for those lucky enough to get in the door. “We covered everything from choosing the right bearing clearencs in a race engine, otimizing performance, and tips to avoiding catastophic failure, said Sledge. “I really enjoyed explaining to race engine builders how they can maximize durability in a performance engine’s bottom end.”

If you weren’t able to make it in to hear the new expert at King, you can hear him again at the International Motorsports Industry Show in Indianapolis, Indiana on Friday December 9th in room 134. “We are so excited about our seminar at IMIS next week,” said DePetro. “PRI was such a huge success we cant wait to see how many people turn out for his next tech seminar.” [3]
