PRI 2010: HP Tuners Lets You Take Control

There are a lot of tuning solutions on the market for late model EFI cars and trucks, from the simplicity of single-tune reflash units all the way to full pro-level tuning software, and trying to figure out what best meets your needs can be a challenge. HP Tuners has met that problem head on with their VCM suite, which has some unique features. It’s a full feature file editor and scanner, with no need for a separate piece of hardware for each car you want to tune.

Using your laptop, their software, and their interface box, you have complete control over parameters such as spark, fuel, RPM limits, fan activation temperatures, automatic transmission shift points and pressures, speedometer settings, and more. It’s powerful enough for professionals, but priced within the reach of the do-it-yourselfer.
